Juan Segarra, President/CEO

Juan Segarra, sole owner and President of Foresight Construction Group, has worked at some of the area’s best companies before taking ownership of D&M Construction Group, which now operates as Foresight. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics and mass communication from the University of Florida. Originally from Puerto Rico, Juan has called Florida home for more than 25 years.

He learned about all facets of the construction industry by working in the field and in the office, all while developing his own philosophy of delivering superb client service and working to better the local communities surrounding his company’s projects. Juan is personally committed to promoting service through charitable contributions, in-kind donations and volunteer time to local non-profit organizations and ministries. For Juan, “A Culture of Service” is more than just a tagline; it’s his commitment to make a difference.

Stan Byers, Vice President - Northeast Florida Market

Stan Byers, Vice President Northeast Florida Market, joined the Foresight team in 2010 because he identified personally and professionally with our commitment to provide clients with the highest quality of products and service. Since receiving his bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, he has accumulated over 25 years of diverse construction experience while working for some of Florida’s premiere construction companies.

Stan has delivered a wide array of project types for both public and private clients to accomplish projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $72 million for such prestigious clients as Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Publix, FedEx and Hillsborough County Aviation Authority among others. His extensive experience in all aspects of the building process combined with proven management skills makes him an effective Director of Operations.

Adam Boudreaux, Vice President - Tampa Market

Adam Boudreaux, PhD, Vice President Tampa Market, has over 16 years in the construction industry and currently works in the Tampa market. Adam earned a Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Leadership & Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. He is also Six Sigma Belt certified. Prior to joining Foresight, Adam spent almost ten years with the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agriculture Science (IFAS), serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities Planning and Operations. His previous experience also includes management and executive-level positions with Edward Waters College (Jacksonville, Fla.), Chief Construction Company (Memphis, Tenn.) and Cummins, Inc. (Memphis, Tenn.). He also served in the United States Air Force for eight years, completing three deployments in the first Gulf War.

When he’s not working, Adam enjoys cooking and staying active at the gym. Adam is a vested member in the Tampa community, with a specific passion to help veterans cope and adjust to life after military service. He currently serves on a Veteran Services Advisory Board and the Florida for Warriors Board. In addition, he is an active member with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Gulf Coast Chapter, as well as the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Tampa Chapter.
