Step 1: Complete and return the AUTHORIZED BIDDER PACKAGE to firstname.lastname@example.org. Completion of this form is required and authorizes your company to submit bids for consideration. Please be thorough, complete and note needed attachments. Blank fields or missing attachments may cause delay.
FCGI INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS are only provided as reference so you can confirm with your agent that your company’s coverage is sufficient. Please do not submit a COI unless you’re awarded a contract.
Step 2: Step 2 is only required if you are being considered for contract award. Please note, Step 1 must be completed before or in addition to Step 2. Complete and return the SUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION PACKAGE to email@example.com. To be prequalified for projects over $100,000, subcontractors must provide Financial Statements and a Letter of Surety from a Bonding Company.
