Foresight has named Teresa “Terry” Durand Stuebben vice president of the Northeast Florida market. She will be based in Foresight’s Jacksonville office.
For the past twenty years, Stuebben’s focus has been the architectural and building industry throughout the southeast. Prior to joining Foresight, she was appointed the first female principal at a prominent local firm, becoming the only executive woman leader among the top 10 commercial construction companies in Jacksonville elevated to vice president and appointed to the executive team.
“Terry is a seasoned executive in the A/E/C industry with proven leadership ability,” said Juan Segarra, Foresight president and CEO. “She has strong relationships in both the public and private sectors throughout the region, and I look forward to her leadership in our Northeast Florida market.”
Stuebben is active in the Jacksonville business community, currently serving as the chair of Downtown Vision Inc. (DVI) and a Jax Chamber Trustee. She is on the board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving as president in 2017. Stuebben is a mayoral appointed commissioner to the Jacksonville Housing and Community Development Commission (JHCDC). In 2015, she was recognized as a Jacksonville Business Journal Woman of Influence.
