Foresight Construction Group was awarded this contract to provide construction, repair and maintenance services through a job order agreement for minor projects. Typical work includes minor construction, repairs, rehabilitation, alteration, upgrades and maintenance services of the county’s buildings and properties, including the Alachua County Courthouse.
Most of the projects performed under this contract occur in campus-type, occupied settings. As a result, work is often scheduled during off-peak hours or phased to minimize disruption and maximize the safety of facility users and guests. Additionally, projects are often fast-tracked to accommodate the unique scheduling demands inherent with the nature of use of these civic buildings.
