For this project, Foresight was contracted to complete the interior build-out of two police training facilities, an indoor firing range and a physical fitness training facility, both located at the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Pinebrooke II facility.

Foresight’s scope of work included the construction of a 90’ x 55’ workout facility, including men’s and women’s locker rooms and an office. This portion of the project included masonry, flooring, ceiling, lighting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical scopes of work.

Additionally, Foresight completed the construction of a shell, roughly 52’ x 18’, to house an indoor firing range within in the south end of the same building. The shell walls were built 14’ high and were constructed of CMU block with concrete-filled cells. Steel bar joists were installed and insulated for sound attenuation. Additionally, we constructed a training room, bathrooms, office, armory, and exterior three-sided enclosure to house the range ventilation equipment. Trades involved on this project included concrete, masonry, steel, painting, flooring, insulation, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, ceiling, specialties and cabinetry/millwork.
