This six-story, 250,000-square-foot research facility in Pasco County, Florida, is designed for advanced scientific programs. It features wet labs, core labs, a vivarium, faculty offices, collaborative spaces, and support services, with half the building fully outfitted and the rest shelled for future use. The design includes a double-height lobby with a monument staircase, decorative interior cladding, and an energy-efficient rain screen system. Construction incorporates a cast-in-place pan system, Sto® panels, and a unitized curtain wall for enhanced aesthetics and durability.

Each floor has a dedicated research focus: general and core labs, drug discovery, bioengineering, cancer biology, the vivarium, and the MEP penthouse. The facility supports cutting-edge work with BSL2 labs, hood labs, and spaces for chemical and cancer research. Additional site work includes utilities, parking, and paving.
