Foresight had the privilege of partnering with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company amid the construction of a new healthcare facility, Moffitt Cancer Center Southshore, in Ruskin, Florida. This 75,000-square-foot, two-story cancer center facility offers a variety of services, including screening and diagnostics, advanced imaging, clinical lab services, blood draw, biopsies, medical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion, pharmacy, and clinical trials.

Our Tampa-based Foresight crew collaborated with the Whiting-Turner team to deliver core and shell components, including the construction of 4-ft thick walls, essential for accommodating specialized radiation equipment throughout the facility, and pouring over 10,000 yards of concrete.
