Foresight Construction is leading a comprehensive roof replacement project at Lake Weir High School in Marion County, upgrading roofing systems across seven campus buildings. The scope of work includes the removal of outdated gravel roof systems and the installation of two modern roofing solutions—self-adhered, granule-surfaced 3-ply modified bitumen roofing and TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing—each selected to meet the specific needs of the individual buildings. The project also includes the construction of new walkway canopies to improve campus functionality and accessibility.
