Foresight Construction delivered an interior renovation for Baptist Health’s AgeWell facility in Fernandina Beach, revitalizing the existing medical space to better serve the clinic’s growing patient base.

The scope included new millwork, wallpaper, flooring, and partition walls, providing a refreshed and functional environment tailored to the needs of senior care services. Work was performed on a compressed schedule and required coordination around active mold remediation efforts. Despite the three-week remediation process, Foresight maintained progress through careful sequencing and proactive scheduling, completing the project on time and to specification.
