This project included 11,841 square feet of combined new construction and renovation within Buildings 189 and 190 at FRSCE, NAS Jacksonville. The scope consisted of interior renovations, selective new construction, and exterior civil and site improvements to support the facility enclosure.

Upgrades were delivered to both enclosed shop areas, north and south of the existing open shed. In addition to architectural and structural enhancements, the project included comprehensive upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout the facility, resulting in a more efficient, enclosed, and thoroughly modernized operational environment.
