The UPS Air Cargo Expansion Warehouse project involves the new construction of a 38,000 SF warehouse at Tampa International Airport. The space will consist of a 5,000 SF fit-out of office space built to provide noise isolation rest areas, vehicle maintenance, and training for UPS, as well as a 33,000 SF, 33-foot-tall facility built out with conveyor systems for transmitting and processing packages. The west side of the building was designed with loading docks, dock bumpers, and overhead doors to facilitate deliveries, while the east side is staged for airplanes to load in cargo for processing.
