This project included the construction of a new concession stand and restroom facility at Fernandina Beach High School to better serve students, athletes, and spectators. The building features load-bearing masonry construction and a metal roof supported by structural trusses for long-term durability. Additional improvements included a new exterior plaza, decorative fencing, and two ticket booths to enhance accessibility and functionality during athletic events.

Construction was coordinated alongside ongoing track-and-field improvements, requiring careful scheduling and site management to minimize conflicts and ensure smooth integration with the surrounding athletic facilities.
