Foresight completed a 5,600-square-foot interior renovation for HCA Florida, transforming an existing space into a new patient pre-operative clinic designed to support efficient patient care and clinical operations.

The renovation included selective demolition and interior modifications, along with updated finishes, lighting, flooring, and ceilings. Additional improvements included new casework, plumbing fixtures, electrical upgrades, storefront systems, and furnishings to create a functional, welcoming space for patients and staff.

With construction taking place within an active healthcare facility, careful planning and coordination were essential. Foresight worked closely with facility representatives and trade partners to sequence construction activities, minimize disruptions to ongoing operations, and deliver the completed clinic on schedule.
