Foresight Construction Group partnered with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office to implement a series of facility improvements that supported law enforcement training, operations, and fleet services across multiple locations. These projects included upgrades and expansions of specialized spaces, such as vehicle support facilities, physical training areas, and instructional environments, each tailored to the functional and operational needs of an active public safety agency.

Notable work includes constructing a mechanical car wash facility, developing a padded mat room for physical training, and structural modifications in an active jail warehouse to support upgraded mechanical systems. Additional renovations converted the existing warehouse space into classroom facilities. In contrast, improvements at the Pinebrooke II facility delivered a purpose-built physical fitness training center and an indoor firing range with reinforced construction, sound attenuation, and dedicated support spaces. Across all locations, projects were carefully coordinated to integrate complex building systems and support continuous operations within occupied law enforcement facilities.
