This $16.2M project was delivered through a CM At-Risk delivery method in the spring of 2022. Phase I included the development of a 27-acre, fully wooded site, the new construction of a 160,000-square-foot tilt wall industrial warehouse, and readying a building pad for an additional 160,000-square-foot warehouse. The building elevation is thirty-five feet, there are dock-high doors, a shared concrete truck court, and parking that is expandable to 468 autos.
