Collegiate High School Renovation

This phased interior renovation transformed existing educational spaces to better support the needs of a growing, evolving campus. The project included converting previously unoccupied areas into new administrative offices, constructing ADA-compliant restrooms, enhancing the main building entrance to improve campus security and visitor access, and renovating existing classrooms for greater functionality. Supporting architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety upgrades were also completed throughout the renovated areas.

Construction took place within an active campus serving both high school and college programs, making thoughtful phasing and coordination essential. Foresight worked closely with school administrators to maintain safe, uninterrupted campus operations throughout construction. Careful site organization, proactive communication, and stringent safety measures helped minimize impacts to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while delivering a more secure, functional, and modern learning environment.
