This 2,000-square-foot interior renovation updated an existing classroom to create a more functional learning environment. Improvements included leveling the existing sloped floor, furring out interior walls, upgrading electrical systems, and installing new interior finishes while preserving the existing ceiling.

Construction took place on an occupied campus with limited site access and a shared construction laydown area. Careful coordination with another construction management team was essential to managing site logistics, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining safe campus operations throughout the renovation.
