Foresight Construction Group was tasked with a 1,350 SF interior renovation project to create Craft Kafé, a new restaurant located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The project involved demolition of the existing interior space, construction of new bathrooms, office, kitchen, front service area and seating area. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades and additions were made to accommodate both the new construction and the addition of new kitchen equipment, including hood and walk-in cooler. Our scope included the addition of an enclosure to house the new walk-in cooler. We also installed lit identity signage to the exterior of the building.
