Foresight has completed four concessions projects at Tampa International Airport.
The CNBC project consisted of an 1,145 SF tenant build-out. The scope of work included concrete, structural steel, carpentry, metal framing and drywall, painting and wallcoverings, tile installation and flooring, plumbing, HVAC modifications, fire protection, and electrical and lighting upgrades.
The Newslink project consisted of an 873 SF tenant build-out. The scope of work included structural steel, SS metal base and trim, aluminum beam wrap, rough carpentry, doors and hardware, drywall, painting, installation of security grill, plumbing, and electrical work.
The Timezone Shades project consisted of a 448 SF tenant build-out. The scope of work included SS metal base and trimming, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
The Tampa Bay Times project consisted of an 1,087 SF tenant build-out. The scope of work included the installation of flooring, metal framing and drywall, painting, concrete and masonry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical scopes and data wiring, metal trimming, doors and finishing hardware, fire protection, carpentry, and acoustical ceiling installation.
